3 J Inc. was originally founded in 2001 and incorporated in 2006 by Jeremy, Justin and their father, Jeff.
Jeff has over 35 years in machining experience. His resume includes former employers such as Anheuser-Busch, Wilkerson, Zimmerman Metals, and Optima Batteries. After years of working for the man, he decided he wanted to be the man, thus leading him to purchase our first piece of equipment, the Fadal 4020.
Jeremy has over 10 years of machining experience. He formerly was the production manager for an aluminum egress/ regress solutions firm based in Boulder, Colorado. Today he is our Vice President of manufacturing, managing production, drafting and our shop employees.
Justin has seven years of machining experience, all at 3 J Inc. He has business degrees from Colorado State University, with studies in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, and Accounting. Justin serves 3 J as our Vice President of operations and is our main point of contact for customers and vendors.
